Project Manager Expansion

Lager 157 is currently looking for an engaged and results-oriented Project Manager Expansion who wants to help shape the future of our stores. In this role, you will be a key player in our expansion efforts, responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to our high standards.

About the Role

As Project Manager for Expansion, you are responsible for the entire construction process, from planning and execution to final inspection and handover. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that our stores meet both our design requirements and local regulations.

The position involves travel, both nationally and internationally. Since we work where our projects are located, we are open to various home locations, offering you great flexibility regarding your base of operations.

The role requires a solution-oriented individual with practical experience in construction management and an eye for detail. You will report to the Head of Expansion and be part of a dynamic team where collaboration and proactive leadership are central.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Contractor and Supplier Management: Negotiate, contract, and coordinate with partners.
• Site Management: Ensure quality and safety standards on-site through daily supervision.
• Procurement: Responsible for planning, ordering, and delivery of construction materials.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and ensure projects meet Lager 157's standards.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in project management within construction or retail.
• Are structured and self-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
• Have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Are communicative and enjoy leading and collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Are flexible and ready for business travel.
